I created this program with you in mind to show you that by doing these exercises you can achieve your goals! This program will help you shape your entire body! We’ll be training legs and glutes three times a week. Upper body & ABS twice a week. Cardio: I recommend you to do it after weight training. It will depend on your schedule and the time that you have available.
