About the program

Hi beautiful mama! I'm so happy that you are here! I know how hard the postpartum journey is and the process to get back & feel confident again. I’ve been through it and I’m happy to help you so you can get results! This program will help you reduce your waist line, strengthen your core, lose body fat and shape your body on the right places! Cardio: I recommend you to do it after weight training. It will depend on your schedule and the time that you have available. You can do 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
